Part time role at CustomWare
- Led a team of 6 working on one of the largest projects for CustomWare, extending over 12 months to develop customised content and database migration tools for a website
- Worked with IT support to migrate over 500 repositories from Subversion to Mercurial, update connections to all existing systems, and trained staff to use the new version control system
2008 – 2010
Awarded a 3 year scholarship for full-time study in Bachelor of Information Technology at UTS including formal six-month placements at two IT firms:
Internship at IBM (2008)
- Worked in a small team to migrate over 1,000 phones into a new VoIP system, including planning, installation and support
- Completed several smaller projects for customisations to systems used by the team
Internship at CustomWare (2010)
- Worked on a large volume of small web-based projects using Confluence
- Utilised my consulting skills for a number of customers for customisations and technical support
